I am an illustrator, photographer, and cognitive researcher. I have a BFA in Painting & Drawing and Art History, from the School of the Art in Chicago, where I focused on large scale landscape paintings on panel.
Currently, I live in New England, and am working on illustration work using paper with acrylic paints, colored pen & pencil. My photo work is digital and, if film, prefer medium format and color. My works in progress work can be seen here.
I am particularly interested in history and describing historical events as narrative, with the intention of communicating personal story within distinctive environments and landscape.
